JavaScript Typescript Developer

We are looking for a Senior Javascript/Typescript Developer to lead the development of our modern, high-performance applications. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our technical architecture, mentoring team members, and driving engineering excellence across the full stack.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, and maintainable applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect and maintain our application infrastructure, including backend services, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and data-fetching strategies.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, security, and performance across the team.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor other developers through constructive code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Expert proficiency in Javascript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of the modern ecosystem (including Node.js and at least one major frontend framework like React, Vue, or Angular).
• Demonstrated expertise in application testing; you must have strong experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress/Playwright.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable backend architectures and complex API solutions (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Especially GCP or AWS).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong public portfolio.
