Java Full Stack Developer

The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE application development and modern frontend development using React (18+). The candidate will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. This role requires strong object-oriented programming skills, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and collaboration with global teams of developers, SMEs, and architects to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable, robust application solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications in a containerized environment.
• Develop reusable components, services, and utilities following best coding practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code along with unit tests.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical documentation.
• Deliver features end-to-end, from design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with global teams including developers, architects, SMEs, and product stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and support applications across all stages of the SDLC.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, code quality initiatives, and engineering best practices.
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert for the application and platform.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or above; Java 17 preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong frontend development experience using React (18+), HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience building RESTful services and web applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in containerized environments.
• Experience with GitHub, JIRA, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
