About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 45 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot, Micro Service architecture, SQL databases, and caching systems, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Work with MS SQL and PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure best practices in coding standards.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements for system scalability and reliability.
  
  

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot development.
• Expertise in Microservice architecture and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration.
  
  

• Prior experience working with broking firms or financial services domain.
• Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to performance optimization and large-scale application development.
