This Position reports to:

Are you ready to shape the future of global connectivity for a leading robotics business? Join us in a pivotal role where your expertise will drive secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructure across more than 150 sites in 50 countries. As part of our Global Infrastructure team, you will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation, cloud adoption, and seamless collaboration for over 7,500 employees worldwide.

The position is global and the preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden and China.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the global WAN/LAN architecture, including SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and VPN solutions, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services across all sites by collaborating with InfoSec and supporting secure remote access.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of network incidents, coordinating with local IT teams, vendors, and telecom providers as the primary escalation point.
• Define network standards, segmentation models, and upgrade plans, optimizing routing for cloud applications and executing migrations with minimal disruption.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG, deliver regular reporting on network health and capacity, and support audits and compliance across factories, R&D, and digital business units globally.
  
  

Your background:

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise networking, ideally in global or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in Cisco, ZScaler, and Azure platforms.
• Strong understanding of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus.
