The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Staffing and Deployment team you are expected to manage resource allocation and facilitate compliance with staffing rules and regulatory guidelines. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to provide subject matter support to stakeholders, build creative staffing solutions, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring your team members to achieve resource management KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee resource allocation and uphold adherence to staffing regulations
  • Provide specialized guidance to stakeholders on staffing solutions
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in resource management
  • Mentor team members to achieve key performance indicators
  • Analyze staffing needs and develop creative solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external guidelines
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 years of experience in resource management or workforce management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Excelling in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrating exceptional negotiation abilities
  • Managing organizational and time-management skills

  • Working knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI
