About Us

At nference Labs, the “Google of Biomedicine” (see here for more on our research work, including Covid-19), we are building the world’s first large-scale platform for pharmaco-biomedical computing. Our platform leverages AI/Deep Learning (on clinical text, medical images, and other signals) and high-performance computing to help pharma companies accelerate drug discovery and enable early diagnosis of critical diseases.

We work closely with leading medical institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, building systems that provide deep medical insights from diverse patient data: clinical notes, lab information, imaging, ECGs, and more. Backed by strong funding, nference is rapidly expanding across multiple fronts.

What Are We Looking For?

You don’t need to be a pro in Biology, Pharma, or Data Science, but you should be curious and comfortable with the terminology you’ll encounter in your daily work. Passion for learning, attention to detail, and the ability to ask the right questions are key. You’ll play a critical role in making our content clear, structured, and visually engaging for different audiences.

Desired Skills

• Entry level experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS product companies
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and accuracy
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., product docs, blogs, internal process docs)
• Familiarity with open-source authoring tools (Markdown, HTML)
• Experience or interest in creating video-based documentation/tutorials
• Ability to multitask and deliver multiple documentation outputs in parallel
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced startup culture
• Background in healthcare/biotechnology is a plus but not mandatory
