Job Description
Technical & Data Skills
Strong experience with Excel VBA and MS Office automation
Hands on development experience with SharePoint (workflows, customization, automation)
Proficiency in SQL (queries, data manipulation, joins, stored procedures)
Experience with Power BI (data models, DAX, dashboard/report creation)
Scripting capability: JavaScript or similar scripting languages
Experience with Access databases
Strong capabilities in data collection, data validation, and reporting
Analytics & Business Skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and prototypes
Experience writing queries, building reports, and presenting data findings
Ability to create process supporting tools and quality tracking dashboards
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including technical documentation
Data Science / Advanced Analytics
Exposure to Python for automation or data processing
Understanding of basic machine learning or predictive analytics
Knowledge of statistics or forecasting techniques
Automation & Application Development
Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate
Experience working with InfoPath forms
Familiarity with REST APIs or building integrations
Exposure to Azure or cloud based analytics environments
Process & Quality
Understanding of data governance or master data management
Experience designing quality metrics or quality dashboards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management/IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Master’s Degree in Statistics, Business Administration or related disciplines is a plus.
Certifications in Data Analytics & Data Science is a plus.
Must have 3+ years of experience working on ML algorithms and related products.
Must have 3+ years of experience working with relational databases (Oracle), query authoring (SQL).
Experience on creating the Dashboards, Scorecards, Ad-hoc Reports.
Strong Knowledge in ERP (Oracle EBS: Projects, AR, AP Modules)
