Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in FIS IntelliMatch and MSSQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliations and proven experience implementing and supporting IntelliMatch solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver robust reconciliation solutions.

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement reconciliation processes using IntelliMatch.
  
• Manage and optimize data processing workflows in MSSQL to support high-performance reconciliation systems.
  
• Write and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL scripts.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in reconciliation processes and system integrations.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business rules, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment activities for reconciliation solutions.
  
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including technical designs and configuration records.
  
• Provide production support for reconciliation systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  
  

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on IntelliMatch (FIS) implementation and support.
  
• Hands-on expertise in MSSQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  
• Solid understanding of financial reconciliation workflows within banking or financial services.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Infrastructure, and Development).
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
  
  

Good to have skills:

• Experience with ETL tools, preferably Informatica.
  
• Exposure to other financial reconciliation or reporting platforms.
  
• Knowledge of automation techniques for reconciliation processes.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
