As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Coordination · Support SAP program/project governance by maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation. · Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements. · Coordinate across SAP functional and technical teams (SD, MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS, etc.) to track progress and resolve issues. Reporting & Analytics · Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for SAP projects. · Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and issues across SAP initiatives. · Support resource planning and utilization tracking. Stakeholder Communication · Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder updates. · Act as a liaison between business units, SAP teams, and external vendors. Documentation & Process Management · Maintain project documentation including charters, scope documents, change requests, and lessons learned. · Support process improvement initiatives within the SAP PMO framework. · Ensure version control and repository management for SAP project artifacts. Tool & System Support · Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager) for tracking and reporting. · Support SAP Solution Manager setup and usage for project documentation and testing. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · 4–8 years of experience in SAP project coordination or PMO operations. · Strong understanding of SAP modules and project lifecycle (ECC or S/4HANA). · Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. · Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
