Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will enable you to help organizations unlock enterprise insights and drive significant business outcomes through advanced data analytics. Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management: Ï Drive account farming initiatives to expand services and deepen relationships within existing client accounts. Ï Cultivate an understanding of client business needs to identify further opportunities for value-added services. Ï Develop tailored strategies for each client that align with their long-term goals, ensuring that our solutions deliver ongoing value. Delivery Ownership and Excellence: · Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards of excellence. · Establish delivery methodologies that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes, driving efficiency and innovation in service delivery. · Facilitate regular client check-ins and feedback sessions to proactively address concerns and adapt service offerings based on evolving needs.

Client Relationship Management: · Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. · Proactively identify areas for improvement and opportunities to drive additional business within the client portfolio. · Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of service throughout the engagement lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Work closely with project teams, data scientists, and analysts to ensure effective execution of delivery plans and adherence to timelines. · Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align account strategies and discuss potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities. · Contribute insights from client interactions to inform service development and operational improvements.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Expertise in Account Management · Strong Client Relationship Management

Preferred skill sets:

· Experience in Data Analytics · Understanding of the GCC landscape

Years of experience required: 12-16

Education qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA
