IAM Engineer in our office in Bangalore, India

As an IAM Engineer designs, implements, and manages enterprise identity and access management solutions. Responsible for secure user lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and compliance, the role ensures identity security across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (on-premises & cloud)
• Manage user lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Configure and manage MFA, SSO, conditional access, and identity federation
• Implement and monitor privileged access controls
• Ensure IAM compliance with security policies, audits, and regulatory standards
• Integrate enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Jira, etc.) with IAM
• Automate IAM workflows using scripts and APIs to optimize operational processes
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues

Experience Requirements

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• +2 years’ experience in IAM or cybersecurity engineering
• Familiarity with IAM platforms, hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, PAM, and RBAC
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and access reviews.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft SC-300, Azure AZ-500, IAM/PAM (CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta)

Technical & Automation Skills (Preferred)

• Directories & IAM Platforms: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, IGATools (Okta,Sailpoint,.)
• Authentication/Protocols: SSO, MFA, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP
• Privileged Access Management: Preferred Delinia, Azure PIM, service accounts management
• Cloud & App Integration: SaaS apps, hybrid/cloud security concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation
