Job Title: HRIS Analyst I

Location: Bangalore

Job Description

• Trained in Workday Integration activities
• Support & maintain integrations in the Workday environment
• Support implementation of security roles and permissions
• Design & develop basic interfaces & integration tests
• Maintain integration documentation
• Manage system integrations within the Workday system architecture
• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of basic Workday Integrations
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design to support the entire integration deployment life cycle
• Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders
• Develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues
• Safeguard system access and security, and support system audits
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Freshers Who are interested in the job role can Apply.
• 0 to 1 years’ experience with Workday integrations tools.
• Professional experience with XML & XSLT development/testing.
• At least training in Workday integration and demonstrated Workday technical and integrations understanding
