Overview

eClinical Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in building an empowered, high-performance workforce. This role will directly influence our success by developing our most valuable asset – our people. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and enhance employee engagement across our growing global operations.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies & initiatives that propel company’s growth. Partner with leadership team to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans.
  • Drive performance management frameworks that promote feedback, accountability, and employee development.
  • Design and lead employee engagement and employee well-being initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by proactively addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance to employees and management alike.
  • Identify and implement learning and development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Track key HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize HR strategies.
  • Design attractive salary structures and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Actively contribute to a positive, productive work environment that reflects our company values.

Education

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven success in designing and executing people programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred.
  • Candidates from Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Healthcare organizations are strongly preferred.

Skills & Expertise

  • Deep understanding of core HR functions including talent management, engagement, learning, and compensation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational needs into people strategies.
  • Proficiency with HR technology platforms and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive execution.
