Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong interest in healthcare, data privacy, and data engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to healthcare data initiatives while continuing to develop technical and domain expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and visualize healthcare data to support operational and strategic initiatives
  • Support data privacy, security, and compliance efforts in accordance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on data engineering and data management projects
  • Help maintain and improve data pipelines, data quality, and reporting processes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve data handling, governance, and analytics
  • Research healthcare data trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices
  • Assist in documenting data processes, standards, and compliance procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology
  • Familiarity with data privacy principles and regulations (HIPAA knowledge is a strong plus)
  • Foundational knowledge of data engineering or analytics concepts (ETL, data modeling, reporting, or visualization)
  • Experience with Foundry or similar data management platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support project demands
