About The Role
We are looking for a Head of IT to build, scale, and lead our internal IT function as we grow rapidly across teams and locations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical depth, operational excellence, and experience setting up IT systems and processes in high-growth SaaS environments. This role focuses purely on IT operations, infrastructure, end-user computing, cloud administration, and enterprise applications—partner with CISO to implement security programs and drive compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Operations (Core Function)
Build and scale the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and device lifecycle management.
Define and implement IT policies, SOPs, SLAs, and governance for a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations including end-user support, helpdesk efficiency, device provisioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of IT systems across distributed teams (remote + office).
End-User Computing & Asset Management
Manage all hardware and software assets (laptops, devices, tools, accessories).
Drive automation for onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management workflows.
Standardize device configurations, OS updates, patching processes, and maintenance cycles.
Cloud & Internal Systems Administration
Oversee internal Microsoft 365 used for day-to-day operations.
Manage corporate applications including HRIS, ATS, CRM, finance systems, communication tools, and productivity suites.
Streamline system integrations, workflows, and licensing management.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with IT vendors, service providers, and SaaS tool partners.
Monitor vendor performance, renewals, license utilization, and cost optimization.
Establish a scalable procurement process for IT assets and tools.
Scaling IT for Growth
Build an IT roadmap aligned with organizational scale (Series A → C and beyond).
Lead IT planning for new offices, expansions, and global infrastructure needs.
Implement IT automation, standardization, and best practices to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
Build, mentor, and lead the IT team, ensuring strong service delivery and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, HR, Legal and Security, and Operations on all IT requirements.
Support rapid onboarding by hiring scales across locations.
Ensure smooth rollout of new tools, systems, and productivity solutions.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
Demonstrated experience owning IT in high-growth Technology startups, ideally during Series A–C scale.
Hands-on expertise with:
IT infrastructure & networks
End-user computing
Enterprise tools / SaaS ecosystem
Device lifecycle and asset management
Experience setting up IT operations from early stage to scale.
Familiarity with financial data environments or fintech workflows is beneficial.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
Strong operational excellence and process orientation.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, high-accountability environments.
