Position Overview
The Head of Growth and Brand Marketing leads the strategy and execution of all initiatives to discover, attract, and convert new customers. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role builds scalable acquisition systems across digital, offline, and partnership channels to drive sustainable growth and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the end‑to‑end customer acquisition strategy across online and offline channels through consumer research and data-driven insights.
Lead digital acquisition initiatives, including paid media, SEO, CRO, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
Build offline and retail-led acquisition programs such as events, activations, and local marketing initiatives.
Establish and monitor acquisition metrics, including CAC, payback, and cohort quality; design dashboards for performance tracking.
Drive improvements in the pre‑purchase journey across digital and physical touchpoints to enhance conversion.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning performance marketing, growth partnerships, and local marketing.
Collaborate with brand, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive customer acquisition efforts.
Continuously test and optimize creative, messaging, and channel mix to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Identify and scale new acquisition channels to diversify customer inflow and reduce dependency on single sources.
Translate insights from consumer behavior and brand storytelling into actionable growth strategies.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8–12+ years in customer acquisition, growth, or D2C marketing roles.
Industry Exposure: Experience in FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, beauty, or jewelry sectors preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and omnichannel marketing systems.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; creative understanding of consumer psychology and brand storytelling; collaborative and growth-oriented leadership style.
