What This Role Is About
This role is for someone early in their marketing journey who:
Lives on social media (but thinks critically about it)
Enjoys experimenting with content, formats, and ideas
Wants to help build a brand
Is curious, creative, and not afraid to try weird things
You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and marketers to make TripleDart and our founders impossible to ignore on social.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make Our Social Media Pop
Come up with creative, quirky, and scroll-stopping content ideas
Execute posts for TripleDart across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.
Spot trends early and test them fast
Build Founder Personal Brands
Help founders turn thoughts, opinions, and experiences into strong content
Shape posts, threads, and narratives that feel authentic not “corporate”
Work with designers to create clean, high-quality visuals
Content & Growth Experiments
Help plan, publish, and repurpose content
Support internal campaigns, launches, and growth ideas
Track what’s working, learn from what’s not, and iterate
Internal Growth
Explore new channels, formats, and tools (yes, including AI)
Help document learnings so we can scale what works
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 0–2 years of experience (internships, freelance, side projects all count)
Genuinely enjoy content, social media, and growth marketing
Write clearly and think in stories
Like experimenting and learning by doing
Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Bonus Points If You’ve
Interned or worked with creative / digital-first brands
Built something on your own (newsletter, meme page, LinkedIn audience, blog, community, etc.)
Used tools like Canva, Figma, Notion, or social scheduling tools

Founder accounts show real engagement and growth
You’ve shipped multiple experiments and learned fast
You’re confidently pitching ideas and executing them end-to-end
