what will you do:

  • define and execute Prefr’s end-to-end growth roadmap, spanning performance marketing, organic channels, and affiliate programs
  • design and run integrated marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging digital platforms to drive acquisition and retention
  • own and optimize pay-per-click (PPC), app install, and retargeting campaigns on google ads, meta, and other relevant acquisition platforms
  • identify and scale high-leverage GTMs across rcs, whatsapp, sms, push notifications etc
  • develop and manage a robust affiliate ecosystem, ensuring quality lead inflow and cost-effective conversions
  • track, analyze, and report campaign performance using google analytics, appsflyer, clevertap, mixpanel, and BI tools to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • monitor key L0/L1 growth metrics- monthly disbursals, CAC, revenue contribution, and AUM- and continually drive efficiency improvements
  • collaborate with product and data teams to design growth experiments, A/B tests, and lifecycle automation flows to improve funnel performance and retention
  • be obsessed with funnel efficiency, identifying bottlenecks across acquisition, activation, and retention journeys
  • build and refine playbooks for campaign execution, ensuring repeatable, scalable growth processes
  • manage and optimize marketing budgets to balance between scale and ROI, maximizing growth while maintaining cost efficiency
  • identify and reduce growth-specific costs, including ad spend inefficiencies. implement performance tracking frameworks and dashboards for real-time visibility of marketing performance and financial impact

  • collaborate closely with product, risk, BI, and legal teams to ensure compliant, customer-centric growth initiatives
  • work with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and messaging that resonate with Indian fintech users across segments and languages
  • champion customer insights across the organization, ensuring growth strategies align with evolving user behaviors and market dynamics
