Job Title: Growth Executive – Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with 0–2 years of experience to join our Sales & Business Development team as Growth Executives – Sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with enterprise clients, learn solution-based selling, and build a successful career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate Embee’s product & service portfolio (Cloud Solutions, Microsoft offerings, SAP, Security, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches under the guidance of senior professionals.
  • Participate in client interactions, virtual demos, and account development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT solution selling (fresh MBA/BBA graduates encouraged to apply).
  • MBA/BBA graduates with Marketing or Sales specialization preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel within assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of IT and business concepts is an added advantage.
