About the Role:

We are seeking a GRC Associate to support compliance initiatives, including tool deployments and framework maintenance. This role involves assisting with risk assessments, policy development, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced IT setting.

Responsibilities:

• Own implementation of GRC frameworks and tools at scale.
• Support compliance assessments, monitoring, and policy updates.
• Assist with project management and develop technical documentation.
• Collaborate and assist with IT, security, and other departments on compliance tasks.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in business, law, software engineering, IT, risk management, cybersecurity or related field.
• 1-2 years in GRC, compliance, risk, or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of risk methodologies and compliance standards.
• IT or software experience preferred, such as administrative or systems support.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication.
