Job Description

Learning & Development: Actively participating in training programs and workshops to develop expertise in generating VCP for the organization.

Technical Support & Assistance: Providing support to program leaders in documentation, samples shipment, conducting DCWs, follow up with CFT for projects development and VCP deliverables.

Documentation: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including ARs/Sub ARs/POs/ Invoices/Shipment Tracking and project progress reports.

Testing & Validation: Participating in testing and validation activities for VCP projects and updates.

Problem Solving: Contributing to the diagnosis and resolution of issues with support of cross functional team.

Project Contribution: Supporting various VCP COE projects, which may include tasks related to documentation, development, follow ups and program management.

Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including VCP Engg, AME, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, STLs, RA, QA and more, to ensure seamless integration and operation of VCP programs.

Research & Innovation: Exploring new technologies/ideas and best practices to identify potential improvements and innovations for VCP COE.

Basic Qualification

  • Mechanical/Electrical or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.

Desired Qualification

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills
