Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

• Support Indirect Sourcing Activities - RFQ / Quote Comparison / Indent approval for PO Release
• Supplier Management Activities (Creation, Addition & Maintenance of Supplier Data Base)
• Tactical Tasks related with Regulatory Requirements / NDA / Pricing for Suppliers in India region
• Spend Analysis, Funnel Generation & Project Management to support the Team in meeting Financial Goals
• Support any regulatory Audit at supplier by visiting or desktop audit alongwith other senior team members
• Support Senior Sourcing members in dealing with suppliers on commercial, setting/conducting meeting and making sure action tracker is maintained
• Setting up meetings with Suppliers and following up to get quotes, analyse quotes, prepare comparison sheets
• Learn Purchasing Processes and support Sourcing team members to complete Process improvements by coordinating with various other stakeholders
  
  

Basic Qualification

• Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Medical Electronics Engineering Graduates Preferably with 1 year of Experience Or some internship experience in a manufacturing industry.
  
  

Desired Qualification

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills
