AI Consultant — (GN Automotive)

Core Responsibilities / Required Skills

Identify high-value AI use cases across the automotive value chain. Articulate AI solutions and business value to clients (impact, ROI, feasibility). Partner with clients to redesign processes using AI-driven workflows and automation. Analyze large, multi-source datasets (sales, customer, inventory) to inform/model solutions. Lead Strategy & Execution: AI vision & roadmap; data readiness/maturity and value assessments; use-case prioritization; AI Governance; target operating model; change management & training; deployment/model training cost estimates. Evaluate AI models and recommend the right tools/platforms for product development.

Good to Have

• Rapid prototyping / “vibe coding” to build agentic-AI demos.
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock), RAG patterns, and vector databases.
• Advanced analytics/ML skills (using Python, R).
• Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and model interpretability/explainability.
