Job Description

The position holder will gain a broad exposure of various Talent Development topics through supporting the day-to-day operations and tasks including Talent Review & Succession Planning process, Global Leadership Pipeline management, Career Development and Planning, and Organization Effectiveness/Development. Special projects related to external benchmarking and talent assessment may also be in scope based on existing skills and learning agility.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Support the project management and implementation of global talent development processes & programs, including but not limited to Talent Review & Succession Planning process, Global Leadership Pipeline management, Career Development, and Organization Effectiveness/Development.
  • Support the data & digitization journey of talent development; leverage data & analytics to drive talent and workforce decisions and prepare workforce for the future.
  • Data & document management: track organizational changes; maintenance of documents shared folders to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Stay up-to-date on external trends and best practices on talent development and HR analytics.

  • Highly motivated, driven and results orientated
  • Curious and agile in learning new concepts and skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience
  • Strong digital skills and digital mindset
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools (at minimum Copilot)

Qualifications required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ HR/ Psychology/ Information Technology / Data Science or related discipline; Post graduate degree preferred.
