Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the Global Imaging Customer Panel, ensuring continuous engagement and actionable insights.
Plan and execute quarterly and ad-hoc research studies on themes such as buying behavior, radiology challenges, and workflow optimization.
Lead Voice of Customer programs and monthly connects to share insights and align research priorities across Imaging sub-segments.
Serve as primary liaison for external research vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, and day-to-day project management.
Integrate research outputs into platforms (e.g., Qualtrics data lake) for trend analysis and reporting.
Develop and publish Insights Booklets and consolidated trend reports for executive stakeholders.
Support competitive intelligence efforts by synthesizing market trends and customer feedback into strategic recommendations.
Ensure all projects meet timelines, budget targets, and quality standard
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of experience in global market research and customer insights within healthcare or medtech.
Proven ability to manage large-scale customer panels and execute multi-country research projects.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Expertise in survey design, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and data integration tools (e.g., Qualtrics).
Excellent analytical and storytelling skills for executive reporting.
