Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and solutions that power our business. As a key member of our data science and analytics group, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models that unlock value and deliver tangible business impact.

Typical Responsibilities

• Model Development: Responsible for designing, development, and implementation of advanced models including LLM’s, Text & Tabular data to extract insights, and meaningful patterns.
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled in crafting effective prompts using advanced prompt engineering techniques such CoT,ReAct ,Prompt chaining etc.
• Langchain: Highly proficient in utilizing the LangChain framework comprehensively from start to finish.
  
  

• Model Fine-Tunning: Capable of fine-tuning LLM models utilizing methods such as SFT, LoRa, QLoRa, and more.Top of Form
• Generative AI : Strong expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) to develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions and vector db such as FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant etc. Experience in leveraging LLMs to create other types of AI-powered solutions would also be highly desirable.
• Data Preprocessing: Oversee data preprocessing pipelines, data cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for model development.
• Model Evaluation: Establish evaluation metrics and perform thorough model evaluation, fine-tuning, and validation to continuously improve model performance.
• Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in Data Science research and technologies and apply innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate solutions developed into our products and services.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Data Visualization: Design and create visually appealing and informative dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using Power BI
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data and present them effectively through visuals.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain a library of standardized dashboards for different business functions.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Power BI to extract insights.
• Data Governance: Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and security within Power BI reports.
