What will you do?
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technology roadmap for Compensation & Rewards aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders globally to ensure alignment and adoption.
System Implementation & Optimization: Lead implementation and upgrades of compensation systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle), ensuring seamless integration with payroll and HR platforms.
Governance & Compliance: Maintain data accuracy, security, and adherence to global/local regulations.
Analytics & Insights: Deliver actionable insights on pay equity, market competitiveness, and reward effectiveness through advanced analytics.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and consulting partners, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and solution architects.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA in Information technology preferred.
7+ years of experience in HR technology management or a similar role.
Expertise in global compensation practices, pay structures, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects.
Proven expertise in implementing and supporting application systems, Analytical systems, performance management systems, compensation or total rewards systems.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.

Own end-to-end technology and process management for Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition).
Partner with HR leadership to design and implement digital solutions that support global compensation strategies.
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security across all compensation systems.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rewards technology and analytics.
Deeply involved in working with agile mode and ensuring the MTTR/SLA is within target.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Experience with specific HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM etc).
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
