Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will Translate business requirements to develop functional specifications and wireframe for analytics solutions. Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated. Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops. Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the EL-Business - Data & Analytics.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Translate business requirements to develop functional specifications and wireframe for analytics solutions.
  
  

Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated.

Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops

Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).

Create detailed user stories that is well understood both by clients and technical/development team. Create detailed functional specification document.

Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements.

Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the Product Owners & team

Liaising between users and technical team.

Create training collaterals, conduct training for users

Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner

Support with domain & business process knowledge on end-to-end supply chain processes:

Demand & supply planning, Warehousing & logistics, Procurement & supplier performance

Support projects with competence in SAP MM

Provides guidance or support to development teams, guiding task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Engineering degree with 5-8 years of strong experience in Supply chain / Procure to Pay with hands on experience in SAP MM module
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM module
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
• Able to work on own initiative and as a team player. Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
