Job Description

This is a permanent role with one of the valued client of Tech Beam Design.

Role Summary

Build and maintain our main web application and chat experience for HR and employees, working across frontend and backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive web UI using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend APIs in Node.js / TypeScript.
• Work with designers to turn wireframes into working UI.
• Integrate frontend with backend and AI services.
• Write clean, testable code and review code from other engineers.
• Work with Product and ML teams to deliver new features.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of modern frontend tools (bundlers, component libraries, basic CSS/Tailwind).
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend.
• Experience building REST APIs and working with JSON.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving team.
  
  

• Experience integrating with LLM / AI APIs.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience in HR, payroll, finance or other business applications.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication (SSO, OAuth2).
