Full-Stack Digital Marketing Executive

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

At THAtha Business Development LLP, we build and scale digital businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack digital marketer who can own and drive growth across the entire digital journey—from first website visit to long-term retention.

 What You’ll Do

• Own website & landing page optimisation (copy, UX, CTAs, conversion)
• Create and manage content: blogs, website pages, newsletters
• Support SEO (keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking)
• Build lead magnets and optimise funnels (content → landing page → email → conversion)
• Manage email marketing & newsletters (welcome, nurture, follow-ups)
• Run CRO experiments to improve conversions across pages and emails
• Support limited paid campaigns for testing and funnel validation
• Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and email analytics

 What We’re Looking For

• 1.5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
• Exposure to multiple channels (not just one)
• Strong copywriting skills for websites and emails
• Basic understanding of SEO, funnels, email marketing, and CRO
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset

Astrology Domain Requirement (Important)

• Prior experience with astrology, spiritual, wellness, or belief-based brands OR
• Genuine personal interest in astrology and related content

• Ability to communicate with trust, clarity, and ethical tone
