Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Technical Partner to join hrGENie on a 0 to 1 journey to build and scale hrGENie from the ground up. As CTO, you will lead the development of our product, working closely with the founders to turn our innovative ideas into a powerful, market-ready solution. This role requires a full-stack developer who is not only technically adept in both frontend and backend but also shares our passion for creating a cutting-edge HR technology platform (we can discuss the passion when we meet)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of hrGENie, from ideation to deployment, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure platform.
• Tech Vision: Define and execute the technical vision, ensuring alignment with our business goals and long-term mission.
• Innovation: Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance the platform, keeping hrGENie at the forefront of HR tech innovation.
• Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing tech team as the company scales, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your co- founders to ensure the product meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Embrace the challenges of a startup environment, with a willingness to wear multiple hats and navigate through ambiguity.
  
  

• Strong full-stack development skills, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. We are using MERN Stack as of now. Cloud platform is AWS. MongoDB as storage.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in product development.
