Job Description: ForgeRock / Ping IAM – Cyber Security Specialist

Role: Specialist – CyberSecurity (IAM)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and manage scalable Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
• Lead integration of PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Serve as an L3/L4 escalation point and support operational teams in IAM-related issues.
• Lead multiple IAM implementations, migrations, and integrations using IAM products such as ForgeRock, PingFederate, Okta, Entra ID, ISAM, SiteMinder, and OAM.
• Develop and support ForgeRock/Ping components: AM, IDM, IG, DS, and Identity Gateway in high-availability environments.
• Integrate IAM platforms with backend systems (Oracle, AD, LDAP) and cloud-based services (O365, Salesforce, G-Suite).
• Apply modern authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Kerberos.
• Work with scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell) for automation and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into robust technical designs and documentation.
• Participate in BCP/DR planning, conduct reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, and support secure web development with frameworks like React, Angular, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, best practices, and technical communities.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock and Ping Identity IAM products (AM, IDM, IG, DS).
• Deep understanding of IAM architecture, integration methods, REST APIs, and directory services.
• Experience in scripting, Java development, Spring Boot, and secure coding standards.
• Exposure to DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
