About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flutter Lead/Technology Lead to join our team. This is a strategic technical leadership position where you will drive the development of high-quality Flutter applications across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms while mentoring a talented team of developers. Youll play a crucial role in shaping our technical direction, enhancing team productivity, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Build, test, and maintain Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms
• Provide technical recommendations for feature developments and architectural decisions
• Design and build complex solutions that meet business requirements
• Create proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate technical approaches
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes
• Incorporate AI technologies into the development process to enhance efficiency
  
  

• Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
• Delegate tasks effectively across the team to optimize productivity
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
• Drive process quality improvements and establish best practices
• Enhance overall team productivity through effective leadership and knowledge sharing
• Foster a collaborative environment that creates value for both customers and the team
  
  

• Engage in proactive communication with clients regarding development tasks and project status
• Take full ownership of project deliverables and outcomes
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
  
  

• Deploy flavored applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure smooth and reliable application releases
  
  

• Flutter (expert-level proficiency)
• Riverpod for state management
• Hive for local database solutions
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management
• Firebase for backend services
• Azure Notification Hub for push notifications
  
  

• Cross-platform development expertise (Android, iOS, Windows)
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledge of app store deployment processes and guidelines
  
  

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
• Demonstrated experience in Flutter application development across multiple platforms
• Previous experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
