We are looking for a passionate and talented AI Developer to join our team and work alongside our AI Architect on Generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI development, particularly in working with large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning technologies. You will be responsible for implementing AI solutions, optimizing models, and contributing to the overall AI strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AI Architect to implement and optimize GenAI projects, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

Assist in the design and development of end-to-end AI pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.

Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various applications, such as NLP, text generation, and conversational AI.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure best practices in software development.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and products.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Analyze and process large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support AI model development.

Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for AI development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Python programming.

Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data preprocessing techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.

Familiarity with fine-tuning LLMs like GPT, BERT, or similar models.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
