Role Overview

As a Finance Associate at Flexiple, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations, including invoice tasks, tax filings, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and payment tracking. You’ll work closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to maintain accuracy and compliance across Indian and US entities. This is a great opportunity for professionals with 0-3 years of experience in finance to further hone their skills and contribute to a high-growth startup.

What You’ll Do

• Reporting & MIS: Generate detailed MIS reports, track financial performance, and support management with financial insights.
• Tax Filing & Documentation: Handle all aspects of tax-related documentation, including TDS certificates, GST reconciliation with auditors, and FIRC.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Support tasks related to payment tracking, including bank, debit, credit card usage, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring they are recorded under appropriate heads, providing visibility on financial spending.
• Collaboration with Auditors: Assist with GST and TDS reconciliation, working directly with auditors to ensure filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Cross-Entity Coordination: Ensure financial processes for Flexiple’s Indian and US entities are aligned for consistency and accuracy.

Who Are You?

• Education: MBA in Finance or CA Foundation or Intermediate
• Experience: 0-3 years of hands-on experience in finance, tax, or accounting roles. Previous exposure to Tally, invoice reconciliation, and GST/TDS tasks preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large datasets.
• Effective communication skills and an ability to collaborate across teams.
• Tax knowledge (GST/TDS) and experience with reconciliation tasks.
