The Fashion Consultant will play a pivotal role within the Fashion & Lifestyle division at Reliance Brands Limited, providing expert fashion advice and outstanding customer service. This full-time, junior-level position is open in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Surat, Kochi, Gurgaon, Pune and Raipur suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the retail or fashion industry.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting fashionable apparel and accessories that suit their personal style, needs, and budgets within Reliance Brands Limiteds extensive product offerings.
• Deliver personalized styling consultations, including wardrobe audits and outfit curation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets by providing exceptional service and promoting fashion products proactively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging products and displays in line with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.
• Foster strong client relationships by maintaining customer profiles, following up on post-purchase experiences, and offering after-sales support.
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging styles, sharing insights with customers and team members to enhance the overall brand experience.
• Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and launches, engaging customers with product knowledge and trend updates.
• Collaborate with store managers, other fashion consultants, and visual merchandisers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer journeys throughout the store.
