Position Overview

As an Ad Operations Executive at Admattic, you will assist in executing end-to-end campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely launches and optimal performance. This role is ideal for someone eager to kick-start their career in digital advertising, with a keen interest in technology-driven solutions and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Design and Reporting:

• Create and manage ad campaign performance reports with a focus on Excel-based analytics.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) to produce actionable insights.
• Monitor campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

• Maintain and update campaign data, ensuring accuracy across various tracking sheets.
• Use Excel to analyze campaign trends and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
  
  

• Investigate and resolve campaign-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations and reporting.
  
  

• Identify areas for process improvement, leveraging Excel to streamline workflows and reporting mechanisms.
  
  

• 1-3 Years of working experience in adtech.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization tools. (Must have)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript will be a plus.
