About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible to build and maintain reliable Qlik dashboards and data models that turn raw data into clear actionable insights. You will work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accessible and meaningful. Your expertise in Qlik will help drive critical business decisions and should be comfortable with Qlik and SQL.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop and implement Qlik applications and dashboards
• Build data models in Qlik using advanced Qlik scripting functions
• Application of BI/data warehouse concepts, star schema/snowflake models, fact and dimension tables, SQL, etc.
• Ensure data accuracy and usability for business intelligence purposes
• Optimize data models and Qlik scripts for efficient performance
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Qlik solutions
• Apply basic security and governance practices (naming conventions, section access under guidance)
• Support releases across Dev/QA/Prod and assist with issue triage and bug fixes
• Create and maintain technical design documentation
• Provide support and maintenance of existing Qlik applications
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field
• 2+ years’ proven experience in Qlik with solid SQL skills
• Should be hands-on with complex Qlik and SQL queries for extracting data for varied complex scenarios
• Understanding of dimensional modelling basics (facts, dimensions, grain, keys)
• Familiarity with incremental loads, QVD optimization and avoiding circular references
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes
• Advanced Excel and Analytics tools skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate requirements into backlog tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Nice to have knowledge of Python for lightweight transformations and automations, REST connectors/APIs, simple embedding/mashups, Data quality checks and basic testing approaches

• Be willing to work in an office in Bengaluru, India
