Who You Are

Overall, you are responsible for all production/process/utility equipment maintenance, maintenance of the entire site equipment through planned and preventative maintenance, fault-finding at breakdowns, repairs/ new work execution generated through SAP module. Coordinate, design and execute all Capex and Maintenance projects. Need to manage electrical engineers/technicians at site.

Basic/ Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in electrical engineering with minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical maintenance of chemical/pharma/similar industries.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M-Tech in Electrical engineering /MBA)
• SAP, Trackwise, Process Automation, PLC programing, Strong communication skills, Stake holder management, Team handling, vendor management.
• Teamwork, Communicate with impact, Result oriented, Change and innovate, leading people
