Job Description

The Digital Content Consultant I will help execute initiatives and projects consistent with business strategies, along with serving as a team and company resource in the area of e-Business

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates projects in the execution of on-brand, engaging content for all kinds of interactive media (videos, content pages, social media updates, etc.).
• Implements the content calendar and works with assigned AORs to gain support, alignment and adherence.
• Understand the content process flow on assigned projects from assignment initiation to writing to legal, product reviews to publishing.
• Identifies what additional information is needed to understand impact of alternatives, support business objectives and improve programs.
• Help produce project plans & schedules that reflect the scope of work and serve to meet client expectations.
• Edits materials generated by content contributors to ensure the content achieves business goals and supports the content strategy.
• Works with team to coordinate all project deliverables to ensure client and vendor are on track with timelines and budgets.
• Develops status reports on all ongoing content projects.
  
  

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  
  

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.
