Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET and Kubernetes-based cloud-native architectures to lead the design and evolution of highly scalable, secure, and resilient platforms. This role focuses on system architecture, technical strategy, and cross-team leadership, while remaining hands-on enough to validate designs and guide implementation.

The role demands to define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale .NET systems running on Kubernetes
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based architectures aligned with business goals
• Establish reference architectures, patterns, and best practices
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms
  
  

• Act as a technical authority across multiple teams
• Review and approve architectural designs and high-risk changes
• Guide teams on scalability, resilience, performance, and security
• Mentor senior engineers and emerging architects
  
  

• Define Kubernetes architecture including cluster design, networking, security, and scalability
• Guide adoption of container orchestration best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD, IaC, and platform reliability
• Ensure observability standards (logging, monitoring, tracing) are in place
  
  

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 7+ years in .NET
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Deep knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture
• Good exposure to RabitMQ, AZURE devops, Event driver architecture
• Strong knowledge of container security, networking, and identity
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
