DFT Design Engineer HIG HBM IPDEV DESIGN

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meet required functionality.
• Design and develop custom digital DFT circuits such as mBist, Fuse Logic, Test Mode Logic, synchronous design, clock tree, and critical internal analog and digital voltage readouts.
• Test mode definition, develop control test bits and fuse broadcast of the Interface die.
• Define testability features (DFT) of memory for faster validation flow with high coverage.
• Cover testability features of Analog and Digital blocks.
• Implement necessary circuit design to meet DFT features.
• Pair with high-speed interface PHY and Analog designers to ensure smooth interface between the DFT circuits and other Interface die circuits.
• Work closely with Product Engineering to understand testing needs and translate them into circuit design solutions.
• Participate in new circuit conception and design as needed.
• Perform circuit simulations using standard industry simulators such as FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
• Responsible for reliability sims.
• Assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
• Provides advice and counsel to senior management on significant technical issues.
