The Hosted Execution (HEX) team is looking for a DevOps Manager who will lead a team of Support and SysDev Engineers. As the DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HEX service operational support, customer service migrations, software hygiene improvements, and continuous improvement through automation. This is a great opportunity to join our mission to manage and build solutions that empower our customers and improve Customer Obsession. You will be responsible for developing tools to automate operations and improve developer productivity, providing operational support for HEX services and help with critical projects like HEX customer service support and migrations. Key job responsibilities

Lead And Manage a Team Of Engineers To

  • Develop automation to aid operations and maintenance.
  • Improve and maintain software hygiene of the services team owns and supports.
  • Lead the work on maintenance driven projects.
  • Improve operational excellence through the support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting.
  • Reduce and manage the compliance risks for the services team owns and support.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with distributed systems at scale
