Key Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps Boards, work item types, queries, and dashboards
• Create, update, and manage custom fields, workflows, and board configurations.
• Maintain user permissions and access control for ADO projects.
• Support stakeholders in creating queries and exporting data to Excel/Power BI.
• Ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics.
• Generate and automate reports/dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Provide training and support to team members on ADO usage.
• Deliver basic Agile coaching sessions to teams, guiding them on agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and best practices to improve collaboration and delivery
  
  

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards
• Strong knowledge of work item management and query building in ADO.
• Proficiency in connecting ADO to Power BI and Excel for reporting.
• Good understanding of dashboards and visualizations in ADO.
