Data Solution Architect

15+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related fields.

Proven expertise in AWS data services (e.g., S3, Glue, EMR, Aurora PostGres, Lambda, Kinesis).

Strong hands-on experience with Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, dbt, and Apache Flink.

Deep understanding of data lakehouse principles and modern data stack design.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Experience designing and optimizing streaming and batch data pipelines.

Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to support data needs for model training and inference.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong working knowledge with spark, kafka and implementing end-end observability, monitoring and notification pipelines

Preferred Skills

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.

Experience with data mesh, data contracts, or domain-driven data architecture.

Exposure to data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities



Architect end-to-end data solutions across batch and real-time pipelines using using Minerva patterns and help mitigate solution gaps wherever it exists

Design and implement scalable data lakehouse architectures leveraging Minerva standards

Lead the development of real-time data processing frameworks using Minerva Standards

Help implement data modeling, governance, and quality standards across the data platform using Minerva standards

Collaborate with technology & business stakeholders to support end use case implementation as per spec

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and developers.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance the data platform’s capabilities.

Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficiency in all data architecture decisions.
