In this role you will:

• Create metrics and KPIs using generative AI-based BI platform (ThoughtSpot or similar AI-based BI tools) to track business performance
• Train the platform/model using prompts for in-depth analysis on the KPI/metrics to generate accurate results and insights
• Create analysis ready data assets for brand performance tracking and analysis using Python and SQL code and automate the same in Databricks
• Execute other ad-hoc analysis based on the devised methodology with accuracy and provide clear insights
• Identify areas of improvement for standardization and automation and execute the same

Why you?

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, mathematics, computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics and technical work
• Strong coding experience in Python, Pyspark and/or SQL programming
• Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Comprehensive experience in retrieving, exploring, and analyzing data using ML methods like regression, clustering, ANCOVA, etc.,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in pharma commercial domain
• Understanding of IQVIA Claims, XPO, marketing and sales datasets
• Experience in Generative AI based reporting platform and/or Natural Language Processing
• Experience in basic prompt engineering
• Understanding of business needs and ability to develop appropriate solutions
