Basic Qualifications

Job Requirements and Preferences

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5–9 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree Preferred: Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related discipline
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

As an Senior Associate, you’ll contribute to advanced analyses, build and maintain data pipelines, develop impactful visualizations, and collaborate closely with stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members:

  • Cloud Data Pipeline Development

– Lead design and enhancement of ingestion and transformation jobs on Azure Data Factory, Oracle ODI, or GCP DataFlow

– Coordinate across dev, QA, and Ops to deploy and monitor cloud-native pipelines

  • BI Solution Ownership

– Build complex dashboards and KPIs using Qlik Sense, Power BI, and SSRS

– Optimize BI assets for performance, modularity, and reusability

  • Data Access & Identity Operations

– Manage user access configurations across tools like OKTA, SailPoint, or CyberArk

– Participate in privilege reviews, onboarding workflows, and integration of PAM tools into DevOps pipelines

  • Security & Compliance Alignment

– Ensure pipelines adhere to encryption, logging, and RBAC policies across platforms

– Support audits by maintaining lineage, metadata, and user access logs

  • Incident Response & Automation

– Investigate issues across data feeds, cloud triggers, and scheduled jobs

– Build support scripts or alerts to auto-detect failure patterns

  • Collaboration & Delivery

– Own sprint items and lead small feature teams across ingestion and access areas

– Liaise with SMEs from data, cyber, and BI teams to align scope and design

  • Mentorship & Best Practices

– Mentor Associates and interns in writing modular queries, reusable BI components

– Enforce documentation standards, naming conventions, and deployment guidelines
