Job Summary

Redseer is seeking an early-career professional to join its dynamic consulting team, focusing on the intersection of data analysis and market research within the fast-evolving digital economy. This role is pivotal in supporting consulting initiatives through comprehensive primary and secondary research, market trend analysis, and the synthesis of actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The selected individual will engage in high-quality primary research across various internet sectors, leveraging expert interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather critical business metrics. This role requires the ability to build robust data models utilizing proprietary tools, ensuring the delivery of precise and insightful data. Collaboration with Sector Leads will be essential in developing new sector knowledge and intellectual property, thereby enhancing Redseer’s value proposition to clients. The position also entails timely delivery of research outputs, including monthly benchmarks, and addressing client queries through additional research support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive primary research on specific internet sectors and companies, focusing on business metrics through expert interviews and ecosystem stakeholder discussions.
• Develop sophisticated data models to analyze information collected from primary research and proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Provide qualitative insights that complement quantitative data, enhancing the understanding of market dynamics and sector players.
• Collaborate with Sector Leads to create new sector knowledge and intellectual property that can be leveraged in client engagements.
• Ensure the timely delivery of accurate data for the ‘benchmarks’ tool on a monthly basis, contributing to ongoing client value.
• Assist managers in resolving client inquiries by conducting additional research as necessary for effective query resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in research outputs while adhering to stipulated timelines.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in an entrepreneurial setting, contributing to team objectives and overall project success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in fields such as B.Com, BBA, B.E, or B.Tech.
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience, preferably in digital or new-age sectors like eCommerce.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a distinctive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables.
• Motivated and driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
