The Opportunity

This position holder is overall responsible for managing the CP&O competency base and the related source of information. In addition, the position holder supports the screening of incoming demands towards the CP&O organization. Works closely with the CP&O Organization, Global Finance Competency and Employee Engagement Lead, SAP Finance lead, the Digital Core CoE as well as other relevant global company functions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Establish and manage a regular review process of the CP&O competency base such as policies, SOP, training, and process organization directory.
  • Maintains the register of relevant CP&O competency bases such as SOPs, Policies, trainings and the process organization directory.
  • Ensure relevant CP&O competency documents (source and published documents) are made available centrally in CP&O for internal and where applicable for users and AI.
  • Monitors adherence of CP&O competency documents to the established document control process in collaboration with CP&O Opex & CI.
  • Manage the network of CP&O capability competency SPOCs.
  • Maintains the CP&O controlling policy FARM page, i.e. publish policies, related events and news as well proposing improvement to the content of the page in close coordination with the relevant owners of the FARM page.
  • Maintains the directory of the CP&O process organization and ensures publication at relevant platforms.
  • Responsible for linking the of CP&O competency base into related AI platforms, where relevant.
  • Propose, initiate and manage internal improvement projects for enhancing the competency base.
  • Potentially participate in AI projects related to the competency base.
  • Working with GCOs & HR to implement and drive CP&O skill matrix and training plans for the CP&O organization.
  • Driving the Process Owner, Process Expert, Key User organization within CP&O in close collaboration with process owner, lead process experts and teams.
  • Dispatching of CP&O SNOW tickets, i.e. assigning new tickets to the relevant assignment groups and assignees in collaboration with the CP&O practice team, OPEX&CI and Blossom PMO.
  • Administrate the follow up of the ERP CO and CP&O SNOW funnel process.
  • Assess the need of additional trainings for new release changes in addition to the standard release notes and ensure specific trainings are made available in close collaboration with the process owners and lead process experts and the Digital Core CoE.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Should have master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, Business administration or technical degree.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling & operational experience in S/4 Hana in controlling.
  • Should hold PM Certification.
  • Robust process understanding of the controlling content and technical perspective.
  • Experience in process management and related document control.
  • Ability to manage internal projects.
  • Excellent communication, partnering and advocating skills, capability to drive change management.
  • Ability to act with stakeholders on both management and operational level.
  • Experience in using AI tools of advantage.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
