As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.
• Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.
• Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.
• Leading and managing the annual performance management cycle.
• Developing short-term and long-term incentive program.
• Creating best-in-class benefits portfolio.
• Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure the accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
• Creating and delivering compensation training for managers and employees.
• Developing and implementing employee communication strategies to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation package.
• Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.
• Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data and make recommendations based on data insights.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
